New Delhi: The much-anticipated film Peddi, featuring the renowned Telugu star Ram Charan, is scheduled to hit theaters on March 27, 2026.
The actor, celebrated for his roles in blockbuster hits like RRR, Yevadu, Magadheera, and Dhruva, shared this exciting news on Sunday, coinciding with the festival of Ram Navami.
Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings, under the banner of Vriddhi Cinemas.
Charan took to social media to announce, "Here’s the #PeddiFirstShot Happy Sri Rama Navami #PEDDI will see you in cinemas 27th March, 2026," along with a link to the film's first look.

The brief 1.05-minute teaser showcases Charan skillfully swinging a cricket bat and sending the ball soaring.
Peddi also features a talented cast including Janhvi Kapoor, Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, and Divyenndu. The film is produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru, with music composed by AR Rahman, cinematography by R Rathnavelu, production design by Avinash Kolla, and editing by Navin Nooli.
Ram Charan's previous appearance was in Game Changer, directed by S Shankar.
